I love this Gospel.

Snippet from Elder Meyer's email on 7th October 2013:

To top off the week, we watched General Conference on the weekend. We watched some live sessions which were good. I love general conference. I loved learning from our beloved prophet and apostles who lead and guide us in these latter days. The messages were good to hear. I hope you all go and watch General Conference and learn something from our prophet and apostles. It is so great that we have a prophet on this earth, who leads and guides the church and that he stands in for Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. And that he recieves revelation to know exactly what Heavenly Father's children need to do in this life to be able to get back into Him and Jesus Christ's presence. This gospel is so great! I love it so much.

I learnt about Faith in my personal study this morning and I realised that faith is so important and that we need to have that faith in Jesus Christ, and along with repentance, and baptism and recieving the gift of the holy ghost and enduring to the end, we will be able to recieve salvation in the life to come. We are still working with our investigators and trying our best to help them progress. We gave a priesthood blessing to a non-member. We told her about a blessing and we gave her one. It was a great experience and it is great that I have the priesthood and am worthy to use it.

Families are Forever.

A short testimony from Elder Meyer on Families: (02/09/13)

I feel at peace when I read your emails and that I will be able to be there for you all, even though I am miles and miles away. I will always be there for my family, I love my family so so much, and if there is any help needed I will always be there for everyone. How great it is to have the gospel in our lives!I think that having the gospel in our lives has helped our family come so much closer together and that we are all unified. I am so happy that I am able to be with my family for eternity. I really love that, and that after this life there will be more and it won't just end there after we die. It will be just the beginning! I love the gospel so much. I treasure it so much, and being out on my mission makes me realise how this gospel is so important. I want to be active my whole life and continue to do my missionary work throughout my life.
